Grilled salmon

One of our favourite BBQ recipes is grilled salmon with honey and Sriracha glaze. The sweetness of the honey pairs perfectly with the heat of the Sriracha, and the salmon is just so succulent and flavourful. This is a dish that is sure to impress your guests!

You’ll need:

  • Salmon fillets
  • Honey
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then brush them with olive oil. Grill the salmon for about six minutes per side or until cooked through.

While the salmon is grilling, mix the honey and Sriracha sauce. Once the salmon is cooked, brush it with the honey glaze and serve immediately.

Bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers

These bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers are the perfect blend of spicy and savoury. They make for a great appetiser or side dish and will surely be a hit with your guests!

You’ll need:

  • Jalapeño peppers
  • Cream cheese
  • Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium heat. Cut the jalapeño peppers in half and remove the seeds. Mix the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a small bowl.
